The long rumor, just became official. The Pearl-Flip, the first-ever Blackberry flip phone. The features include Wi-Fi, 2 MP camera, full-on document editor, voice commands and micro SD memory expansion up to 16GB. This isn’t the slimmest phone from Blackberry with dimensions of 3.9 by 1.9 by 0.7 inches. The Flip also has a 240 by 320 pixels internal display. The keypad, the same pseudo-QWERTY thumbboard as on the Pearl.

This is a quad-band GSM phone, but it lacks 3G, just EDGE. So, if you are planning for non-mobile enhanced web pages or video streaming, start making other plans like checking emails and light web browsing. Overall, it looks good, hope it does well on the market.
